Terms and Conditions of the "Electric Bike Subsidies for Uber Eats Couriers" Promotion
Effective from March 16 to June 30, 2026.
§1 General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions set forth the rules for granting subsidies for electric bike rentals to new couriers making deliveries through the Uber Eats app.
  2. The promotion is organized by an operator that partners with Uber Eats couriers to provide electric bike rentals.
  3. This promotion is valid in the following cities:
a. Warsaw
b. Kraków
c. Wrocław
d. Poznań

§2 Promotion Period

  1. The promotion runs from March 16 to June 30.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to extend the promotional period.

§3 Offers included in the promotion

The promotion includes subsidies for two electric bike rental offers:
  1. Electric bike rental service (Capacity).
  2. Electric bike rental-to-own program (Earnee Bikes).

For lease-to-own offers:
• The subsidy applies to only the weekly bike rental fee,
The initial fee remains unchanged and is not eligible for the promotion.

§4 Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Promotion

To be eligible for the subsidies, the courier must meet all of the following conditions:
  1. Be a new delivery driver who has not previously made deliveries using the Uber Eats app.
  2. Have a verified courier account, including:
a. confirmed the right to work,
b. signed contract for services,
c. All required documents have been approved in the Uber Eats system.
3. Rent an electric bike through one of the options listed in §3.
4. Make deliveries using a rented bicycle.

§5 Rules for Granting Subsidies

  1. The surcharge on the bike rental fee depends on the number of trips made in a given week.
  2. A courier may receive subsidies for up to 12 consecutive weeks, provided they meet the requirements regarding the number of deliveries per week.
  3. The amount of the subsidy is calculated based on the number of trips completed, according to the table below:
4. The bonus is settled and paid out in the second week following the end of the billing periodfor which it applies (e.g., for the period March 16–22, the bonus is paid during the week of March 30–April 5).

§6 Cost of the bicycle after the subsidy

1. The final cost of renting an electric bike after the subsidy depends on:
a. the selected bicycle model,
b. the number of courses completed in a given week,
c. the resulting bonus amount specified in §5.
2. The surcharge reduces the weekly bike rental fee by an amount based on the number of trips made (as shown in the table in §5).
3. In the case of a lease-to-own offer:
a. The subsidy covers only weekly rental fee,
b. The initial fee or deposit is non-refundable.

§7 Loss of eligibility for the subsidy

  1. If a courier does not complete the minimum number of deliveries in a given week, they are not eligible for the bonus for that week.
  2. The bonus is available only for weeks in which the promotion requirements have been met.

§8 Final Provisions

  1. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions during the promotion for valid organizational or legal reasons.
  2. These Terms and Conditions take effect on the start date of the promotion
